“Hi, I’m Ella, Director and Founder of May Insight Solutions.
I started May Insight in 2019 to take my expertise to the next level, and to help a wider range of businesses unlock growth.
My career began in the retail team at IRI (now Circana), before I moved into Category Management and Strategic Insight roles at Alberto Culver, Unilever, and Mars.
My mission is to simplify the complex and unlock growth in businesses and their people. I believe that no two businesses are the same, which is why I focus on understanding your unique needs and tailoring my approach to deliver real impact.
Whether it's digging into the data or presenting in high-stakes retailer meetings, I love the variety and challenges that come with the job.
Fun fact? I run on tea, 5 or 6 cups usually get me through a typical work day.
To hear more about my journey, listen to my episode on the ARCast Podcast from the Category Management Association.”
